Terms of sale.

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of Nexotropin cosmetic products to consumers within the European Union. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Product class

Nexotropin is a cosmetic product under EU regulation 1223/2009. It is intended for external topical use only. It is not a medicinal product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

4. Delivery

We ship within the European Union via DHL Express, in temperature-controlled packaging. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery.

5. Returns & refunds

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Returns must be initiated by writing to returns@nexotropin.com within that period. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

6. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited. All other liability is limited to the value of the order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts. EU consumers retain protections under the law of their country of residence.
